After the acquisition, he continued to lead the business within WCG Clinical's Scientific and Regulatory Division. In 2026, he and Dr. Mehta reacquired Intrinsic Imaging. The company returned to independent ownership. He resumed his role as President and Chief Executive Officer. He has held many executive leadership positions. Earlier in his career, he was a founding shareholder of Phoenix International Life Sciences. The company grew into one of the world's largest multinational bioanalytical contract research organizations. It employed approximately 1500 people. Phoenix completed a successful NASDAQ initial public offering valued at approximately $150 million. He also held senior leadership positions at Management Science Associates, TissueInformatics, and BiblioMondo. As President and Chief Executive Officer of BiblioMondo, he led international expansion through strategic acquisitions. He established operations across North America and Europe. He is widely recognized for his expertise in artificial intelligence, medical imaging, software development, clinical research, and regulated healthcare technologies. His experience spans preclinical research and Phase I-IV clinical trials. It also covers Class I-III medical devices, software as a service (SaaS), GAMP5, and software validation. He has deep knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR Part 820, and FDA-regulated quality systems, including GMP, GCP, and GLP. He has led some of the industry's most innovative artificial intelligence-enabled clinical studies. He has supported several of the largest cardiovascular research programs involving wearable technologies. These include studies conducted with Apple and Garmin devices. His therapeutic expertise spans cardiology, cardiothoracic medicine, gastroenterology, musculoskeletal disorders, neurology, and oncology. As Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Mehta helped build Intrinsic Imaging into one of the world's leading medical imaging core laboratories. Under his medical leadership, Intrinsic Imaging became known for its scientific rigor, physician expertise, and commitment to quality. This led to the company's successful acquisition by WCG Clinical in 2021. Dr. Mehta is a board-certified radiologist and fellowship-trained interventional radiologist. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Mr. Heekwan Lee is Senior Vice President of Imaging Operations at Intrinsic Imaging. He is a recognized expert in clinical trial imaging, imaging core laboratory operations, artificial intelligence-enabled imaging solutions, and regulatory-compliant image analysis. He has more than 27 years of experience in medical imaging and clinical research. In that time, he has played a leadership role in the successful execution of hundreds of global clinical trials. These span the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and artificial intelligence sectors. As Senior Vice President, Mr. Lee provides executive leadership across all imaging operations. He is responsible for operational strategy, scientific oversight, regulatory compliance, and the execution of AI-enabled imaging clinical trials. He serves as Intrinsic Imaging's principal subject matter expert for artificial intelligence applications in medical imaging. He guides clients and internal teams on AI tool validation, imaging workflow design, reader study methodology, and regulatory considerations for FDA-aligned imaging programs. Mr. Lee has deep expertise in oncology imaging. This includes RECIST 1.1, iRECIST, RANO, and Choi response assessment methodologies. He also has deep knowledge of multi-reader, multi-case (MRMC) study design, DICOM data management, imaging charter development, radiologist training, and imaging endpoint adjudication. He has led imaging operations for pivotal global clinical trials. He has helped bridge innovative AI technologies with regulatory-compliant imaging workflows. Before his current role, Mr. Lee served as Senior Director of Imaging Operations at WCG Clinical. He previously held senior leadership positions at Intrinsic Imaging, including Senior Director and Director of Imaging Operations. Earlier in his career, he spent more than thirteen years with PAREXEL's Perceptive Informatics division. There, he advanced through roles of growing responsibility supporting imaging core laboratory programs worldwide. During this time, he coordinated site qualification and imaging training programs across Europe, North and South America, and East Asia. He helped establish standardized imaging acquisition guidelines and quality assurance processes for multinational clinical trials. Mr. Lee has developed deep expertise in AI and CAD validation, DICOM standards, GAMP 5, and computerized system validation. He also has strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, imaging quality assurance, workflow automation, and operational scalability. He has worked closely with sponsors, radiologists, software engineers, regulators, and clinical research teams. Together, they have developed innovative imaging solutions that improve data quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Mathematics from Northeastern University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude. Mr. Huy Nguyen serves as Vice President of Imaging Technology at Intrinsic Imaging. He leads the company's technology strategy for providing imaging core lab services. Mr. Nguyen has more than 18 years of experience in medical imaging core laboratories. He has developed broad expertise in clinical trial imaging operations, electronic data capture systems, image quality control, site training, and workflow optimization. He has played an integral role in the company's growth. He has advanced through roles of growing responsibility. He has helped build and refine the operational processes that support global clinical studies. Mr. Nguyen works closely with project management, quality, and technical teams. He helps ensure efficient study startup, standardized image acquisition, data integrity, and exceptional client service. Ms. Corina DiPalma is a Senior Project Manager at Intrinsic Imaging. She brings more than 15 years of experience across medical imaging, clinical research, and imaging-based clinical trial operations. Her career combines a strong clinical foundation as a radiologic technologist with broad experience in clinical trial imaging and project leadership. She has worked with sponsors, investigator sites, independent reviewers, third-party vendors, and cross-functional clinical research teams. Ms. DiPalma is experienced in supporting complex imaging-based clinical trials. She has a deep understanding of the imaging lifecycle. This runs from image acquisition at the investigator site through image processing, quality control, data management, and operational delivery. Her background across both clinical practice and imaging core laboratory environments gives her a valuable perspective. She understands the clinical and operational considerations involved in the successful conduct of imaging studies. Before Intrinsic Imaging, Ms. DiPalma held roles with growing responsibility at PAREXEL. She advanced from Imaging Operations Lead to Senior Imaging Operations Lead. During her tenure, she supported global clinical trials. She worked closely with investigator sites, sponsors, third-party vendors, CROs, and internal functional teams. Her experience included site qualification, image processing and quality control, query management, data reconciliation, imaging protocol compliance, study documentation, and audit readiness. She also served as a point of escalation for internal and external study teams. She helped identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. As Senior Imaging Operations Lead, Ms. DiPalma expanded her responsibilities into team leadership and staff development. She also provided international training to colleagues in clinical trial imaging operations. Ms. DiPalma began her career in diagnostic imaging. She gained clinical experience as a radiologic technologist at Boston Children's Hospital, including its Sports Medicine Division. She also worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. She later served as a Radiologic Technologist at various branches of AFC Urgent Care. She then progressed into the role of Lead Radiologic Technologist. There, she combined hands-on diagnostic imaging and patient care with staff hiring, training, scheduling, and clinical operations. This experience gives Ms. DiPalma a practical understanding of clinical imaging workflows. She knows the challenges faced by investigator sites participating in imaging-based clinical trials. Ms. DiPalma earned a Bachelor of Science in Radiography from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She completed coursework in Conducting Clinical Trials at Salem State University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certified Radiologic Technologist in Radiography. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Mr. Joe Hussman is a Senior Project Manager at Intrinsic Imaging. He has over 12 years of experience in clinical trial management, medical imaging operations, and clinical imaging technology. He brings a unique combination of clinical, technical, and operational expertise. He developed it through more than a decade of work supporting imaging-based clinical research and complex healthcare programs. In his project management roles, Mr. Hussman has led complex clinical programs. He serves as the primary operational interface between clients, internal teams, and external partners. His responsibilities have included project planning and execution, resource allocation, timeline management, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and oversight of cross-functional project teams. Mr. Hussman has significant experience managing the imaging components of global Phase II and Phase III clinical trials. His expertise includes imaging charter and manual development, imaging site qualification, image acquisition and quality assessment, imaging endpoint design, expert review procedures, and regulatory-compliant image management. He has worked closely with investigators, study coordinators, data management teams, and imaging centers. Together, they establish standardized imaging procedures and ensure high-quality data. That data is suitable for independent expert review and regulatory submission. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hussman worked as a Medical Imaging Specialist. He supported clinical protocol development, imaging database management, site technical support, quality assurance, and FDA-related expert review activities. He also served as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist. There, he gained hands-on clinical experience supporting complex invasive cardiac and peripheral catheterization procedures. He developed expertise in cardiovascular anatomy, radiation safety, and patient care. Mr. Hussman is certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). He holds both Radiologic Technologist (R) and Magnetic Resonance Technologist (MR) certifications. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Sciences and Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University.

Mrs. Linet Mathew is a Project Manager at Intrinsic Imaging. She has over 10 years of experience covering clinical trial imaging, project management, imaging operations, and clinical care. Her background combines clinical expertise with broad experience supporting the operational execution of global imaging-based clinical trials. Mrs. Mathew has broad experience supporting complex clinical research programs. Her expertise includes imaging site qualification and training, protocol implementation, image quality assurance, query management, DICOM data management, image processing, and imaging workflow optimization. Her experience also includes client and stakeholder collaboration, study planning and execution, data quality, and the coordination of imaging activities across clinical research programs. Before Intrinsic Imaging, Mrs. Mathew served as an Imaging Research Associate at PAREXEL International. She supported Phase II and Phase III pharmaceutical clinical trials. These involved multiple imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, X-ray, and bone scans. Her experience included site initiation and closeout, imaging quality review, data reconciliation, and query management. She collaborated with sponsors, clinical research associates, investigative sites, and data management teams. She also trained and mentored team members on study-specific procedures. She supported compliance with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements. Mrs. Mathew began her healthcare career as a Registered Nurse. She provided clinical care before transitioning into clinical research and medical imaging.
