Services

Clinical trial imaging requires more than image collection and interpretation. The acquisition protocol, review methodology and data specifications must work together so that an imaging endpoint is assessed consistently across sites and over time.

Intrinsic Imaging provides imaging core lab services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and AI/CAD clinical trials. From imaging charter development through final data delivery, Intrinsic Imaging brings subspecialty expertise, standardized imaging operations and controlled technology to the evaluation of efficacy and safety endpoints.

Imaging Core Lab Services

Intrinsic Imaging translates the study protocol into an imaging charter that defines acquisition requirements, assessment criteria, reader responsibilities and adjudication procedures. Site qualification and technologist training establish how examinations should be acquired, while centralized image collection and quality control identify incomplete or technically unsuitable submissions before clinical review.

Qualified subspecialty physicians conduct blinded independent central review using the study's specified criteria and reading paradigm. Quantitative image analysis, adjudication and imaging data management carry those assessments through to reconciled datasets and traceable documentation for sponsor oversight and regulatory submission.

Clinical Trial Imaging Technology

The technology supporting a study must preserve the relationship between the acquired image, the reader's assessment and the delivered data. Intrinsic Imaging's controlled workflow connects secure image transfer, participant de-identification, protocol-based quality control and blinded review with study-specific assessment forms and data specifications.

Role-based access, documented queries and traceable assessment versions support oversight throughout the imaging lifecycle. Configured review sequences and adjudication rules maintain the study's intended methodology, while reconciliation and record-retention controls preserve the evidence needed to understand and retrieve the final imaging record.

Turnaround Times and Study Planning

An imaging timeline is meaningful only when each milestone has a defined starting point and completion requirement. Intrinsic Imaging establishes study-specific turnaround expectations in the imaging charter, linking charter development, site preparation, image quality control, central review and data delivery to the requirements of the trial.

The turnaround-times page sets out typical intervals and the clock definition for each process step. This gives sponsors a basis for planning startup, monitoring imaging progress and coordinating interim or final data delivery, rather than treating the entire imaging program as a single undifferentiated deadline.
