From Your Study Synopsis to an Imaging Delivery Plan

We review the evidence question, study stage and imaging requirements to define the appropriate scope. Early discussions can cover a full imaging workstream, targeted analysis, AI validation or an active-study transfer.

What We Review With You

The discussion covers imaging endpoints, response criteria, acquisition schedule, geographic scope, central-reading design and data interfaces. For AI studies, we also review intended use, case availability, reference standards and the assisted or stand-alone comparison. For transfers, we assess the existing archive, prior reads and unresolved issues.

What the Proposed Scope Defines

The delivery plan identifies responsibilities, assumptions, deliverables and dependencies, including site qualification, reader training, quality-control expectations and data-transfer specifications. Milestones are based on your protocol and study readiness. Confidential study materials can be shared through an agreed secure process; please do not include participant-identifiable data in an initial inquiry.
